Frequently asked questions.

Why a subscription instead of a one-time purchase?

You get a custom-designed website without a high initial investment. Hosting, maintenance and changes are included, costs stay predictable and your website stays technically up to date.

Is the design really custom?

Yes. We work without templates or site builders. Every website is conceived and designed for your business.

How quickly will my website be online?

Usually 2 to 4 weeks after we receive all content, depending on the plan.

What counts as a change?

Adjustments to text, images and existing sections. New features or a redesign are quoted separately.

Who owns the website?

Domain and content belong to you. Design and code remain with oxyn. After the minimum term, you can take over the website for a one-time buyout fee.

What happens if I cancel?

Once the minimum term has ended, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The website is then taken offline, and on request we transfer your domain to you or your new provider.

Can I keep my existing domain?

Yes. We handle the technical switch.

Do I need my own text and photos?

Ideally yes. On request we support you with copy, image selection or photography by separate agreement.

Can I change plans later?

An upgrade is possible at any time, a downgrade once the minimum term has ended.
